About the Farm Boys
Farm Boys Baseball was born from a simple belief: that every young man deserves a chance to grow, compete, and discover their potential on the diamond. We're more than just a select baseball team we're a brotherhood built on hard work, discipline, and the kind of grit that only comes from putting in the extra reps when no one's watching.
Our philosophy is rooted in the farm system mentality that has shaped baseball for generations. We develop players from the ground up, teaching fundamentals, instilling confidence, and fostering a love for the game that goes beyond wins and losses. Every practice, every tournament, every moment together is an opportunity to grow stronger as individuals and as a team.

Leadership
The Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff brings decades of combined baseball experience and a genuine passion for developing young athletes. They understand that coaching youth baseball is about more than just teaching mechanics it's about mentoring, inspiring, and helping each player reach their full potential while building life skills that extend far beyond the diamond.
Head Coach: Brad Robbins
With 30+ years of coaching experience and and playing baseball, Coach Robbins brings a wealth of knowledge and a player-first philosophy to Farm Boys Baseball. He's passionate about developing complete players who excel in fundamentals, understand the mental game, and compete with confidence.
"My goal is to help these young men fall in love with the game while preparing them for whatever comes next whether that's high school ball, college, or beyond."
Assistant Coach: Steven Zuehlke
Coach Zuehlke is our First Base Coach and leads our defense, bringing many years of coaching experience to the team. His attention to detail and ability to break down complex mechanics into understandable concepts has helped countless players elevate their game.
"Every player has untapped potential. Our job is to help them find it and give them the tools to unleash it."
Assistant Coach: Jeff Kiesling
A former standout player, Coach Kiesling has dedicated his post-playing career to helping young hitters develop sound approaches at the plate. He also serves as our Third Base Coach. His energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and his track record of developing confident hitters speaks for itself.
"Hitting is about confidence and preparation. We teach both, and the results follow."
